A first

I have never seen hummingbirds take to sunflowers. This is the first year I have had hummers really. In the past I would see one buzz by but they never hung around. Boy, this year I have had a garden full of them. They are also using the feeders! I am thrilled.
We have plenty in WV on the flowers and feeders. I grow almost the same flowers here and there so I never could figure out why they stayed away.
