Will and the Aga

Today's the day ................................. to cook

We offered to cook the meal tonight. When I say 'we'- I was really thinking of myself in a sort of supervisory/advisory capacity with Will doing the hard graft.

Of course, cooking in this house comes into a very different category altogether from the norm because in the kitchen sits a gleaming, green Aga - the stuff of which culinary dreams are made.

And didn't he do well to produce a beef lasagne with accompanying salad and roasted beetroot (as from a recipe that he was given by Soozy Wilson). I could get used to this sort of treatment .............................
