The Latest Drug

I had an appointment with a doctor today - can you believe I actually got really anxious about it?  

There is very little that doesn't make me anxious.

This particular drug is meant for me to use when I'm  really. really struggling. Although I have no fear that I will end up like Uwe Barschel.

Is it worth it to keep up with documenting this?  I don't know.  I'm not particularly good at decisions at the moment.
