Hush Puppies

packing for a weekend of healthy vegetarian food, yoga sessions, forest walks and intending to slow down until complete silence and nothingness: in the woods, far from traffic, far from light pollution, far from engine noise, far from computers, cell phones and crowds and far from blip. The latter is not that bad though.
Hush Puppies are a symbol for ease of mind and body, so they must be in the suitcase.
