Cwmcerrig Farmshop

Today the girls & I went on a road trip with Alan to the Cwmcerrig Farmshop. It was so much fun; there was row upon row of fruit and vegetables, chutneys & jams, biscuits and cakes. I was so caught up that I forgot to pull my camera out of my bag, so instead of a lovely farm shop you have a picture of a flower. Call it an exercise for your imagination; you have to visualise the food-lovers' paradise. :)

This evening the girls and I went jogging, with a huge improvement on the last time we went - I'm so proud of their running efforts, and am trying to work out when is an appropriate time to mention the St David's day 10km in Cardiff...
