Autumn Trail
Late blip because we've been to an excellent meeting of the Sheffield Bird Study Group tonight.
The image is a path that runs alongside the Porter Brook, one of Sheffield's 5 rivers. They all flow west off the Pennines to east. The Porter flows into the Sheaf, from which Sheffield takes its name, which in turn flows into the Don close to the city centre. This valley is probably the most popular for strollers, walkers, joggers. I called in for a stroll on my way home from doing some shopping.
