Duck out of water

Had a fairly restful day after yesterday"s hospital visit, but as I needed some fresh air (and a blip, of course) I went to a park nearby where there are sometimes interesting birds and ducks on the lake. Today, the highlight was this beautiful pintail. I've never seen one at such close quarters, and this one even came up onto a small island and posed nicely.
