Candles

I bought matches today (3x 240 matches for 89p at Lidl; that's 0.001p per match!) and so lit one of the candles that's been sitting around my room at the flat for a year and a half without being used. Next month I can start using my advent candle.

This evening I went to a certificate of merit reception for physics and astronomy, in the beautiful Playfair Library at Old College. I meant to get some photos inside but was too busy talking with people!
