End of Day Catch
A very full and long day, and I took photos of most of it, but liked this random one of two lads walking home with their catch, as we were giving Lula a quick run down to the Lake. Thought how this very scene has probably been happening here for hundreds of years (minus the electricity pole).
Day began with the Field Council meeting here this morning, which finished with a leisurely lunch at Chaminé. And ended with a candlelit meal in Steph's garden, including a Goan prawn curry made by her Goan architect friend, and a very French salad of fennel with orange slices, tapenade, and soft cheese. So, today we have eaten with Australian, Irish, Portuguese, French and Goan friends. Love it.
And a call from youngest in Fortaleza; who "saw probably the most beautiful birth of my life today". How wonderful.
