Wednesday

The morning sky as I walked across the park this morning.
I have been all over the place today. I felt agitated as soon as I got up and it hasn't gone away all day. I have also been really tired and emotional.
It all got too much when I picked my car up from the garage after its MOT, service an new exhaust. £425! I got in the car and cried.

After work I knew I had to stay out the flat. I went for a coffee then I drove, anywhere and everywhere.
Home, into pj's, tidy, trying to keep busy. The agitation still there, chest thumping, tearful . I had to s/h.
I have a feeling it will be a long night.
