Thursday

Went out to the Fort after work to get a few things for Steven's birthday on Sunday. This is the railings for the outdoor play park that I sat and looked onto as I had a coffee.
It wasn't what I wanted to do. All I want to do is sleep. I slept on my lunch break, it wasn't enough. 
I'm in pain; my chest is continually thumping. I feel I can't breath properly. 
It's 7.30 and I need to go to bed.
