International Cat Day

Eden was on hand for a quick blip for International Cat Day. I managed 3 shots before she scarpered.
It's been a lot cooler today, much more like a 'normal' English summers day. Mum and I went into Saffron Walden and had lunch and did some shopping.

Up until this evening, we didn't know what we were going to do about a summer holiday but I'm relived to say that we have, at last, booked a house in the South of France. We had been planning to go away with friends but have been putting off booking anything because they are in the middle of selling their house and weren't sure when they would be able to go. We had a deadline of this evening at which point we realised that if we didn't book now, we just wouldn't get anything. We've found a beautiful house near Cannes, with a beach nearby and its own lovely pool. It's big enough for 8 so if the house sale goes through and if they want to, our friends can still join us.
