coffee!
After my pedicure and back massage Julie and I went for a bite and coffee, as I wanted to keep my fluids up I ordered a large black coffee, whoops, didn't know it would as big as this!
I followed this with a food shop, such a lovely assistant packed my bags, as I was feeling a little off colour I so appreciated it.
It has been a cooler day, well most of it anyway, but still no sign of rain . The ground is crying out for it.


Grateful ..... For a heat respite!
