Moving water.
For various unexpected reasons I found myself chauffeuring Clickychick and her student along to Haweswater. She likes driven as it allows her to continue talking and teaching during the drive. She aims for two stops in the valley.
The first for general landscape shots using the tripod. As we got set up the day had changed from the blue sky and sunshine at the studio to overcast and windy with a little dampness in the air. After a while trying various techniques we moved on.
The next stop was Hopgill Beck for "silky water" shots, how to freeze movement etc. I pottered about having loaned my tripod to the student, he had one but mine was more substantial in the wind. So this is a hand held shot of what little water there was running in the beck.
