This was at 530. She had been awake 40 minutes maybe? Mummy however had been awake since 1am. Katie woke at 1, but went back to sleep. Mummy didnt have that luxury. Still, I ticked several jobs off today's to-do list, so thats always a good thing. I even checked on the rabbits at 2am. Of course, despite all that time, we're still now running late. Not helpful on a day that includes a dissertation presentation.

I've had lots of little stories coming out about nursery today. Usually things that her and Brooke have been up to. Like sitting together in an orange box that Lesley then told them they werent allowed to sit in. That her and brooke were playing with pennies. And that when she tried to go sit with Brooke in the circle time, Kirsty had told her to say "beep beep, can I come in please". She has also started singing the nursery nativity songs as she potters round, which they started working on last week. Its a "proper" nativity this year - including references to Jesus, the Angel Gabriel and such. Not just the steaming hot Christmas puddings and Santa being stuck up a chimney.
