Convolvulus

Some unplanned child-minding today. d-in-law had to work (only does occ weekends) and the person who usually looks after the younger 2 at church (Dad is the minister so can't deal with toddlers as well) was on holiday so we took them to church with us and then home until mum was done.
They seemed to enjoy themselves at church (the pianist took the 3 children there into the other room during the sermon and they were all dressing up - and someone else had to play for the last 2 hymns!) and in the afternoon we went for a walk.
The aim was to see ducks but only 2 moorhens were seen, the pond is completely covered in green weed. They did, however, see a new penguin that their big brother had seen before and I found this fine bindweed specimen. Got home just a mum came for them
