Historic

Another of Hampshire’s historic churches. This is St Andrew’s in the tiny hamlet of Mottisfont, just a few miles north of Romsey.

The historians record that it goes back to the 12th century, and it is very close to the famed medieval National Trust property, Mottisfont House and its gardens, which were originally founded as an Augustinian priory at about the same time.
