Bingley Sing!

We sang at Bingley Farmer's market this morning with our 'All Together Now' choir. Lovely weather and an appreciative crowd made it a very pleasing occasion.
Here is our leader arriving with all his technical equipment. We had just one hitch when he put the wrong music on for one song causing a bit of hilarity. All part of the fun which it definitely is!

You can see groups of our singers gathering in the background ready to follow the Saltaire Strummers who were playing when we arrived. (There were too many of us to fit into the marquee so we stood in front of it)

We are singing a longer programme tomorrow at the bandstand in Roberts Park, Saltaire. Hope the weather and audience are as kind but whatever, I know we will enjoy ourselves.

Eda and family have gone to Brittany and last night I got lots of Whats Apps from the ferry in Plymouth. Seems Eda was full of beans for her holiday and not at all sleepy at 10.00pm. Luckily they got a cancellation cabin with a cot so they did all got some sleep on the crossing. They have spent the day eating Crepes and on a lovely beach in Brittany before they could check in to their glamping accommodation. I'm sure they will have a fab time.

Waiting for our son and then we are treating our selves to tea out tonight.
