My blips are getting a bit repetitive but it’s nice to capture these early days as they pass in a bit of a blur.

Today we made breakfast pancakes at Eve’s request and then saw the Laxton family (very rough play with their boys left Zeke super happy and Eve less so, goodness knows how but she managed to get carpet burns - ouch). As they left, the midwife came in and officially signed us off. As the midwife left, Rachel arrived. As we made Rachel a cup of tea, GG arrived, then Uncle Andrew fresh from his flight from Barcelona.

Antony has now taken the children to the pool yet again to work off some energy (and roped in Uncle Andrew for the same purpose). I’m gratefully heating up a hearty stew prepared by a member of our church family in readiness for their return.
