A really good exhibition of portraits by local artists, displayed in Chelmsford Cathedral. I'm thinking my favourite is one of an elderly lady gazing out the window with the title “It looks nice outside”. Inside is grey, muted. Outside is vibrant, colourful. And the lady looking out is longing to be outside. Lots to think about here. It's great to see local art and local artists displayed prominently.
