Evie

After eight days in hospital, having scans and tests, we got the news yesterday that my 4 year old granddaughter, Evie, has a form of cancer. Amazingly she is bright, cheerful and energetic, not showing any signs of illness. Yesterday, after beating me at hide and seek (there is more of me to hide) she spent some time chatting-up a 3 year old boy but never did find his name.  Earlier she conspired with a slightly older lad to fire a water pistol at the nurses.

Our family have all rallied around and together with the hospital staff, we will do everything we can to help Evie through this.
