G wins the Tour de France!

Today's blip could only represent one thing for me. The day that Geraint Thomas, the hard working, down to earth, genuinely all round good egg, won the Tour de France...and still, he seems unable to believe it to be true.

On the podium he held the Welsh flag above his head with pride and stumbled through a totally off the cuff victory speech, which made him even more human, and likeable!

His advice to the world? "Dream big. If people tell you it can't be done, keep going and believe in yourself. With hard work, everything pays off in the end." Who can't benefit from being reminded of that from time to time?
