The owl and the pussycat

Today's blip is mum trying to recite the owl and the pussycat to Henry - she kept getting bits wrong and making it up but he seemed to enjoy it!

We had another difficult night, so made an urgent GP appointment today. The GP thinks he has something called herpes stomatitis, which is basically little cold sores all over the inside of his mouth and throat - poor boy, no wonder he's been so distressed! We've got some Zovirax medicine so hopefully that will work.

He's been much more himself today despite the obvious pain and bleeding from the mouth on and off. It's nice to see my cheeky boy back, taking a few more wobbly steps by himself, dancing to rastamouse and giving dribbly kisses again.
