At the traffic lights

A different set of lights to where this shot was taken...

We've had two days of blue skies (relatively speaking). You can't help noticing this building especially if the day is clear and the sun makes it glisten. This is taken around 5pm driving home after a four-hour meeting with Patrick. We had a good catch up and general chat.

And in the evening, friend Miriam came over for a Lebanese meal. We opened one of the bottles of Veuve Cliquot that she gave me for my 50th. It was a really pleasant and relaxed evening.

And on the home front, Thursday being the day the garden gets tended to, after several weeks cutting back the eucalyptus trees, today was the turn of the one outside our bedroom windows. Fortunately, it wasn't hacked too much.
