Wednesday

Came home tonight to a letter from the psychiatrist. Pushing my appointment back to the end of September. It was meant to be beginning of August. It is also a new psychiatrist again.
I was counting down to this appointment. I am upset. 

I was going to go for a walk after work but I wasn't in the mood. So I played around with my gladioli instead.
