The Sky is Falling

Well, okay, I admit, I may not know what I'm talking about. I'm sitting outside on a pleasant morning gazing at a perfectly blue sky. Airplanes slip along in the distance, squirrels chase each other along electric lines, and a dozen bees circle a tall sunflower. So, why wouldn't I think all's well in the world? I don't know, but I don't. The world is messed. Maybe what I need is more ketchup.
I do need the visit from my friends that's not happening this week, and that I have to wait until late September for. Okay, that's enough to say.
The sky may not fall, but it threatens.
