Ferrybridge 'C' Power Station, Control Room.

The brain of a power station, the control room. 

We was fortunate enough at Ferrybridge to be able to view the control room in near enough its original and unaltered state during the decommissioning stage at the station. 

Ferrybridge although not the first power station to utilise a centralised control room (that being High Marnham) was one of the earliest to do so and was indeed the UK's first operational 2000MW power station.
