Shooting

Another day of coaching courses, dog walking delegation to the other family members.

A smaller group and again I did the drills to keep warm. Interesting stuff. I chose not to do the drills in the afternoon due to over eager middle age men thinking it was ok to knock lumps of of each other.

I have to deliver a shooting drill next week followed by a game related excercise.

Back home, made tea, watched some unopposed rugby.

Eco mum and I heading away for a couple of days.
