Had lunch with some running pals as one is heading off for the Everest marathon, good luck.

Eco mum away out so I was in charge, a fleeting visit for food and money from the boy, while eco daughter stayed.

Weekend and Eco mum is away to Glasgow tomorrow for the weekend,
