Rain stick

Today has been a lot of sleeping. I've overdone it a bit this week (and was way late to bed last night!) I decided to watch a film this evening and whilst watching Dr Strange I decided to get my rain stick and have a play :) For some reason the mystical themes in the film connected in my mind with meditation and that with the rain stick. I love meditating on the sounds of the rain stick but it was the textures on it caught my attention today.
