Rainy day

I was feeling exhausted today, but had arranged to see a friend for a bit in the afternoon. We decided on a picnic as it doesn't take much energy to lie on the grass and eat yummy food - hehe. But it started raining as soon as I set off to her house!! It's been so warm and sunny for such a long period that rain didn't enter into our heads as an option! Which is bizarre as Bolton/Manchester is known for the rainy weather and not having much of a summer. We ended up picnicking indoors in her flat as it was a tad cold and wet for our original plan. I took this photo as I was going to her flat as the pattern of the inside of my umbrella caught my eye :)
