Strange things

Two very strange things happened today

As we were in Carlisle and, as we both actually (at long last) realised over the weekend that the two ancient TVs we have are too small (I had been watching a Prom concert/ Gordon the Football), we thought we would go into Peter Tysons and just look. Half an hour later we walked out of the place having bought two new TVs. How on earth did that happen?

And the other thing - it rained - proper wet stuff with puddles etc. Very strange.
