Gluttony/temperance

I have a love/hate relationship with food, I love making food, feeding people, and obviously also eating food myself but my body has other ideas. My wonky digestive system makes me feel hungry the whole day and seems to be preparing for decades-long winter with scarcity of food for years now, but at the same time it doesn't work so well on basics like wheat and rice.

So nowadays I'm constantly trying to lose weight in a responsible way, baking and cooking low carb sugar-free stuff. This month the theme for the AYWMC graduates group is 'food photography', a subject I like and that I've been doing for years already (I helped making a coffee table book with favourite recipes of local celebs and VIPs 8 years ago, by making lots of the food shots and doing almost all of the photo-editing) But now that I can show some of my food photography talent all my baked or cooked stuff burns/breaks/looks gross (be honest, does this image make you think 'yum' ?)  ;-)

This was my lunch this afternoon, low-carb flatbread (made of almond meal, seeds, cheese, yoghurt, butter and an egg) with a tuna/salad onion/mayo spread.

Can I call this temperance food? Or is it still gluttony ? And all this posing of food, is that not just playing with food? ;-) And isn't that a sin too?

For MonoMonday with thanks to si_b and his Vices and Virtues theme this month.

Thanks so much for your kind comments and stars for yesterday's lily pond and the AT159 results
