The Grand Opening.

Another hot and sticky day preceded be a very hot and sticky night not helped by Little Miss who was sleeping with us last night. Quite a few interruptions as a consequence! We were both pretty tired this morning !

Just after lunch Mr Tbay and I headed for the Somerset Young Farmers headquarters at Westonzoyland for the official opening of the newly refurbished Office Block. Mr Tbay had been a part of the team who managed the whole project. It has very much improved the whole working conditions for the staff too which is nice. After a few speeches from amongst others our County Chairman and the NFYFC Chairman Lindsey Martin the ribbon was cut to officially open the offices. Then it was tea time. A good cup of tea , delicious cakes and of course Cheddar strawberries and cream.

Then home again to start the evening watering of the plants, tending to the ponies and then supper outside yet again. Wonderful!
