I have been watching this poppy, hoping that it would flower in time for Remembrance Day. It is a remarkable plant. It came up in my polytunnel greenhouse and I didn't have the heart to pull it out. Now it has grown into a bush 90cm high and 130cm wide. There are 14 stems coming off a central crown. Each stem has 4 or 5 laterals as well as the terminal head. All the growing tips have 2 buds. If this is not enough, I can now see laterals forming on the laterals.
