Showery (Day 1165)

The morning wander was relatively pleasant, though not as bright and sunny as yesterday. Shortly after I got back home,  my beautiful wife arrived home from her overnight shift at work. 
After coffee, we headed to Stromness to deal with the hoss, collecting Evie the wonderdog on the way home. 
After lunch, and as the rain arrived, we made for the beach at Aikerness, where it wasn't anywhere near as idyllic as yesterday. The major plus point to the rain was that there were no other people around. Fabulous! 
From Aikerness we went across to Stromness for another visit to the hoss. As HV did hoss stuff I took a short wander to the shore to grab a shot of the clouds over Hoy as the rain went off.
