The Road to Peebles

The road to Peebles on the top deck of a bus is a bone shaking one, but the views are so much better in the pole position seats at the front than in a car, that it makes the rickety ride worth it.

With walnut and cranberry scones to sustain us we cruised the craft shops in the town and bought two things of beauty.
