Shags

We went across to Anstruther, meeting up with T & I from Crail and also Shandonner who happened to be in Anstruther already! Trip over to the Isle of May - hurray! What a joy to see puffins again, and of course many handsome gannets passing by on the trip across. When we got back we went back to T & I's house in Crail and had a cup of tea in the garden, before returning to Anstruther to get our fish suppers from the Wee Chippy. Mmmm. Discovered when we got back to Leith that we were just in time to get over to the Carriers and watch the France-Belgium match. Wanted the red devils to win of course, but France deserved to win.

I had a puffin shot that I liked (see extra), but nothing to compete with DaveH's - so here you have a shag family, mum and one of the youngsters greeting dad with raised beaks, a second ignoring it all, but the third on the left just looked like he was saying something rude.
