A morning of reflection

A rather dull but mild start to the day. L played golf and I just walked round the course. Then we headed up to the church coffee morning where we enjoyed a chat with some of our chums.

Not being able to cycle at the moment we have to walk down to the harbour .... helps the step count! The tide was just beginning to creep in ... no waves today just a few ripples lapping on the sand.

Spent most of the afternoon watching the tennis, constantly changing channels to keep up with all the matches. Sorry to see Federer beaten but it was a great match.
