No. 8 - Last Primary School Sports Day

Spot sons no.1, 2 & 4, nicely at the last and therefore significant sports day. MightMouse is in the background, jiggling about as normal. Smile.

I am pleased to leave these behind - one particular dislike was that the parents used to have a race, and some even brought spikes with them and warmed up beautifully and demonstratively. Ugh.

Anyway, as a House, and bearing in mind that MightyMouse is the House Sports Captain, it’s also significant that Compton House came last. Oops.

But MightyMouse came 1st in the hurdles which is cool. And a relief. Phew.

And today, I got to have lunch with friends, which was lovely, and my first time spending relaxed time with friends in so long, it feels like forever. Hmmmmm.
