Central Manchester

One of the things that never ceases to amaze me in a city, are the hidden gems. This fountain was opposite the convention centre, hidden down some steps. A little oasis in a very built up environment. 

The second and final day of the congress was equally brilliant. I've had the chance to speak to some notable individuals, and heard some excellent talks. I was even able to ask two questions, which was helpful.
