Patient Safety Congress

I am lucky enough this year to be at the Patient Safety Congress in Manchester, and it is like a who's who of the top names in the field. I have heard Sidney Dekker talk, watched Kevin Fong (who was 'voted' to be the next Health Secretary it was so popular), Martin Bromily, Charles Vincent, Suzette Woodward....
