‘Ultra’ Annoyed

After a great day yesterday today was not, it’s the Ying to the Yang I guess.
Sainsbury’s carpark, I’m reversing out at less than 5mph, he’s reversing in, a slight bump and it’s Armageddon.
For him anyway, not a mark on my car but apparently he has a dent, paint loss, etc. Swapped details, I photographed both vehicles to which he objected.
Phoned the insurance;
“both reversing in a supermarket car park, no injuries, it’ll be knock for knock, what damage do you have?”.
“None”
“Oh, then I wouldn’t worry abour it”
Just so annoyed!!
