Sewing Day

We have a lovely lady from Ghana who volunteers in our charity shop, even though she has a busy job.  She is getting married and there has been a big panic on the wedding dress.  I said I would make her one.  Measured her last week.  Used two patterns I had plus borrowed a dress  from the shop to copy the train and she came for a fitting today.  The wedding is on the 21st July so time is running out.  As I am going to be out all day tomorrow I have spent all afternoon stitching away.  Let's hope it will be alright on the day!
Now I can catch up on the tennis!
