Going to a ball

This is Union Terrace Gardens where lots of people are Going to a ball, a masked charity ball.
This is the same gardens that Sir Ian Wood wants to close down and raise up to street level and rebuild, because he says they underused. He now is sulking and calling the city "parochial" in the same way that his mate Donald Trump does when he doesn't get his way.
Well tonight, despite one if Ian's supporters pulling out when he found out where it was being held, one of his sons has taken a table at the event.
