Water Valve

I was walking to the lake this morning when I spotted this. I liked the colors and thought with a bit of tweaking it could be something a bit different from my usual blips.

I did have a good time trying to capture the dragons in flight. I thought I had nailed a few, but sadly, I was mistaken. I chased a white butterfly for a bit and came across some tiny ones that didn't sit still for a second. 

A couple of hummingbirds were going after bugs around a palm tree and I spotted one of the juvenile night herons hiding in the fronds. I scared another out of a tree I was walking under. 

I am grateful I don't have to go far to find interesting things and critters.
