Dog patrol

Like everywhere else, Dollar has a small percentage of dog owners who give their dogs a bad name by failing to pick up after them.  Some communities have found that marking deposits with chalk spray has a positive impact by a) helping people avoid stepping in it and b) letting the perpetrators know that we can see what they are doing and we don't like it.  Armed with chalk spray and volunteers, the Trust is testing this approach out.  Next problem - how to stop people throwing dog poo bags into trees - ideas welcome!!!
