I think we need to do some raking...

An emergency blip of the view from the top of our garden. We have so many big, tall trees surrounding the garden that at this time of year we end up with a thick carpet of leaves. Just can't quite place the rake yet....

My day off and I've been busy with the household chores - PLUS, sacrificing my lie in, I chauffered Pete to work.... mainly because he had to go for health check at the quack's really early this morning, before work, and was not allowed any food since 6pm yesterday. I was worried that he would be all wibbly wobbly and end up driving into a tree. The big juicy apple waiting for him when he jumped back into the car lasted about 5 seconds.... even the core was demolished!

Anyway, onward and upward, more woman's work to be done...
uncorking a bottle of wine :-)
