Height of summer

I opened one of the leaves of the table at our sitting room window this afternoon to create a desk with a view. Here you can see the lovely flowers that Iris and Marwa brought yesterday, and two of our hanging baskets in the yard. The blue sky and sunshine make a sharp contrast with the snowy steps shot that was my blip on 1st March 2018!

Apart from popping out for a short run before dinner, I have spent most of the day at my computer busy on (mainly household) admin: sorting, planning, organising, updating, and booking.

This evening Mr hazelh will be glued to the television for at least 90 minutes...

Exercise today: same short run as yesterday, but 32 seconds faster; (and 6801 steps).
