Full blown rose in soft focus

A busy day: dentist, supermarket shop, planning, composing and sending an important email, running, meal prep, Iris and Marwa for supper - all while keeping an eye on the World Cup.

Then at about 9:30pm I realised that I hadn't taken a single photograph all day! This dainty pink rose is one of hundreds in a massive bush that is climbing the fence across the road from our flat.

Exercise today: walking (12,770 steps); short run.
